Terms and Conditions of Service

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with 812 Body Bliss Studio LLC (referred to herein as "The Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms govern the relationship between The Studio and its Clients. Your use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms, as well as our [Insert Name of Privacy Policy, if applicable]. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not book or receive services from The Studio.

 

2. Services Provided

 

The Studio provides services related to wellness, body care, and cosmetic treatments. These services may include, but are not limited to: Facial Treatments, Natural Nail Pedicures, Natural Nail Manicures, All Body Waxing, etc.].

2.1 Service Guarantee & Results The Studio makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any specific results will be achieved from our services. Results can vary widely depending on individual body type, adherence to aftercare instructions, lifestyle, and other factors outside of our control. Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but The Studio is not responsible for any specific outcome or lack thereof.

 

3. Client Obligations and Health Disclosure

 

3.1 Health and Safety You agree to fully disclose all relevant health information, medical history, medications, allergies, sensitivities, and any pre-existing conditions (including pregnancy) prior to any service. Failure to disclose such information may result in the immediate termination of the service, and the full service fee will still apply.

3.2 Medical Advice Disclaimer The services provided by The Studio are for general wellness and cosmetic enhancement purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for consulting with your primary care physician or specialist before beginning any new treatment. Our staff are not licensed medical doctors (unless expressly stated otherwise).

3.3 Code of Conduct The Studio maintains a professional, non-sexual, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate comments, conduct, or sexual advances toward our staff will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the service and your exclusion from The Studio. The full service fee will be charged, and law enforcement may be notified.

 

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

 

4.1 Booking and Appointments All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. We require a valid credit card on file to book and secure any appointment.

4.2 Pricing and Payment All prices are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay the full price for the services received, which is due at the time of service, unless a prepaid package or membership agreement is in place. We accept [All major credit cards and debit cards, Venmo, Cash, Check, and PayPal.

4.3 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

  • Cancellations made outside of the notice period will result in no charge of the service charge.

  • Cancellations made within the notice period, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment ("No-Show"), will result in a penalty fee of 50% of the service cost, or the full service cost being charged to the card on file.

  • The late cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

4.4 Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time will be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed, and you will still be responsible for the full service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a No-Show, and the cancellation policy will apply.

4.5 Refunds All sales of services, packages, gift certificates, and products are final and non-refundable. If The Studio is unable to perform a service you have paid for, a credit for the value paid will be issued for use on other services or products.

5. Gift Certificates and Packages

​

5.1 Gift Certificates Gift certificates are treated as a cash equivalent. They must be presented at the time of service. They are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

5.2 Service Packages Prepaid service packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

6.1 Liability Structure (LLC) 812 Body Bliss Studio LLC is a Limited Liability Company. As permitted by law, the liability of The Studio to any Client for any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to The Studio for the specific service in question.

6.2 Exclusion of Liability The Studio and its owners, agents, and employees will not be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the Client's failure to fully disclose relevant health information.

  • Loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Clients are advised not to bring valuables.

  • Any adverse reaction or side-effect resulting from a service that was properly administered in accordance with standard practice, given the disclosed client information.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

7. General Policies

 

7.1 Personal Property The Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items on the premises.

7.2 Minors Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services without the written consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. Certain services may have a higher minimum age requirement.

7.3 Right to Refuse Service The Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: health and safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or breach of these Terms.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and your use of the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of The Studio's services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Garfield County,  and Colorado.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

The Studio reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website or by providing other notice. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By booking an appointment or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service.
