This policy applies to all services, packages, gift certificates, and products purchased from 812 Body Bliss Studio (an LLC). By scheduling an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

are non-invasive aesthetic treatments, and results can vary from person to person. We are committed to using professional-grade equipment and providing expert service, but no results are guaranteed.
I. Services and Treatments
All sales for services and treatments rendered are final and non-refundable.
Once a service (such as waxing, facial, manicure and or pedicure) has been completed, we do not offer monetary refunds. This policy is in place because you have purchased the time, products, and expertise of me and my training.
Our Commitment to Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, you must notify the me or contact me within 3 days of your appointment. We are committed to your satisfaction and will offer the following resolution:

Service Adjustment: We will gladly perform an adjustment or corrective service at no additional charge to you. This service must be scheduled within 7 days of your initial appointment.

No Show/Late Arrival: Services that are missed due to a client no-show or a late arrival resulting in a forfeited appointment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
II. Prepaid Packages and Courses
Treatment packages consist of a series of skincare services designed to address specific skin concerns. Because these packages are structured for cumulative results, they are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused treatments may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy, but refunds will not be issued.
